වෘත්තීය ඡායාරූපකරණය තුල උත්සව සහ විශේෂ අවස්ථා ඡායාරූපකරණය ආර්ථික වශයෙන් දෙවැනි වන්නේ මංගල ඡායාරූපකරණයට පමණි. බොහෝ දෙනෙකු තම වෘත්තීය ඡායාරූපකරණ ජීවිතය ආරම්භ කරන්නේද ඉවෙන්ට් ෆොටෝග්‍රෆි හරහාය.
මෙම වැඩසටහනේ සතියේ සාකච්ඡාව ලෙස උත්සව සහ විශේෂ අවස්ථා ඡායාරූපකරණය පිලිබඳ සාකච්ඡාවක අපගේ ආචාර්ය මණ්ඩලය නිරතවන අතර, සතියේ හඳුන්වාදෙන ඡායාරූප ශිල්පියා ලෙස ඇමරිකාවේ ළමා කම්කරු භාවිතයට එරෙහිව තම කැමරාව මෙහෙයවමින් සමාජ විද්‍යාත්මක සහ සමාජ ශෝධන මෙහෙවරක යෙදුනු ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨ ඡායාරූප ශිල්පියෙකු වූ Lewis Hine පිලිබඳ විස්තරයක් ඇතුලත්ය.
නරඹන්නන්ගේ ඡායාරූප විචාරය මෙවරද ඇතුලත්වන අතර ඡායාරූප සොරකම් කිරීම පිලිබඳ ප්‍රේක්ෂක ප්‍රශ්නයකටද අපගේ ආචාර්ය මණ්ඩලය පිළිතුරු සපයයි.
From a commercial point of of view event photography is only second to wedding photography. Most of the photographers who get into professional arena starts with event photography. This week our faculty discusses about the genre of event photography.
Master of the week is the American sociologist, social reformer and the master photographer Lewis Hine. This is followed by the photo critique segment and our faculty also answers a question about ‘image theft’
