Institute of Multimedia Education ආයතනයෙහි ජ්යෙෂ්ඨ සාමාජිකයින් පස් දෙනෙකු පසුගිය දිනෙක රූපණ රාව පළමු පියවර පටිගත කිරීමට දායක විය. වැඩසටහන හේමන්ත අරුණසිරි මහතා විසින් මෙහෙයවන ලද අතර, දිනිල් අබේගුණවර්ධන, ජී හෙට්ටිආරච්චි, අයස්මන්ත පීරිස් සහ හෙන්රි රාජකරුණා යන මහත්වරුන්ද වැඩසටහනට සහභාගී වුහ. ප්රථම රූපණ රාව වැඩසටහන IME ආයතනය පිලිබඳ හැඳින්වීමක් ලබාදීම උදෙසා වෙන්වූ අතර, ඉදිරි වැඩසටහන් බහුමාද්ය භාවිතය සහ අධ්යයනය පිලිබඳ පුළුල් කථිකාවතක් ඇතිකිරීම සඳහා භාවිතා වනු ඇත.
Five members of the IME faculty got together to record the first episode of Roopana Raava. Mr Hemantha Arunasiri hosted the show. Dr Dinil Abeygunwardane, Mr G Hettiarachchi, Dr Ayasmantha Peiris and Mr Henry Rajakaruna co hosted the show. The first episode was dedicated to provide an introduction to the Institute of Multimedia Education (IME). Future programs will concentrate on initiating a wider discussion on usage of multimedia and multimedia education.
