Dinil Abeygunawardane
Dr Dinil Abeygunawardane, Founder and the Director of Institute of Multimedia Education is an Educator with years of experience in many areas of visual communication, photography and Imaging Science. Before dedicating his time fully to Imaging Science & Multimedia Communication he had been a full time Medical Doctor practising medicine initially in Sri Lanka and then in Australia.
In addition to being an Educator, Dr Abeygunawardane is a Colour Management Adviser, a Content Creator and a Commercial Photographer and a Competition Judge.
He is the founder of Media Labs the scientific services & solutions provider for multimedia industry; Visible Range, the commercial content creation studio,and the Round Table Camera Club.
He shoots, Fine Art, Travel as well as Wildlife and Nature as personal projects and publishes Struck by Light, a website and a blog dedicated to art, craft and the science of visual communication via photography.
